Our activity in the direction of energy saving began in 2000. First, we adopted European experience and standards, which we supplemented with our own unique technical solutions. In the search for effective solutions, we used the developments of the Institute of Coal Energy Technologies, namely the work of Professor, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Director of the Institute of Coal Energy Technologies, A. Yu. Maistrenko and Academician Yu.P. Korchevoy.

In 2002, we started to manufacture our own solid fuel burners based on joint scientific and technical developments.

Most often, the КСВ consists of a gas generator (combustion chamber) and a loading device (operational hopper), but depending on the need it is completed with additional devices.

KСВ - chamber for burning traditional fuels (firewood, coal, wood, straw pellets, etc.) and woodworking waste (chips, sawdust, etc.), paper industry (paper, cardboard, etc.), coal and peat industry (coal dust, sludge, peat crumb, etc.), agriculture (straw, seed husks, etc.), as well as solid household waste for the purpose of generating thermal energy.

As a rule, KSV is a unit for steam, hot water boilers, air heating heat exchangers and dryers.

The design features and the produced thermal power (N * -nominal) of the КСВ depend on the technical specifications, technical characteristics and the specifics of the operation of the devices in the unit with which it is involved.

Our company carries out the transfer of steam boilers to hot water mode with adaptation for solid fuel combustion:

• DKVR

When a high-power hot water boiler is needed, or when the boilers have already expired their design life and consumers do not need a high heat transfer agent temperature, steam boilers are switched to hot water operation at a maximum water heating temperature of 115° C. This makes it possible to make the operation of boilers safer, significantly increase efficiency, heat output and deregister it with supervisory authorities. After transferring steam boilers to the hot water mode according to modern schemes (as a rule, with partial use of natural circulation), they can be effectively operated for a long time.

Almost any industrial steam boiler can be switched to hot water mode.
